Responsible for all operations and results throughout Latin America, defining priorities, setting goals and obtaining results.

· Increased Mexican sales by 40% and profit contribution by 60% in two years with focus on OTC products, and overhead cost reductions.

· Established joint venture company in Venezuela, which provided one of the first direct entries into that important market. This was based on successful negotiation with partner, cautious investments in plant, and reduction of risks of the overall venture.

Managing Director, Sydney (1970-1972)

Responsible for managing Australian manufacturing subsidiary with full P&L responsibilities, including definition of new products, programs and marketing.

· Re-directed marketing priorities, appointed stronger managers, and achieved substantially improved results. This led to a major promotion.

Responsible for operations in distributor markets, in Europe, Middle East and Africa to ensure the successful marketing of four new products.
