joint venture company in Venezuela, which provided one
of the first direct entries into that important market.
This was based on successful negotiation with partner,
cautious investments in plant, and reduction of risks of
the overall venture.

Responsible for managing Australian manufacturing
subsidiary with full P&L responsibilities, including
definition of new products, programs and marketing.
