Generation Z’s number-one priority is moving up the career ladder, according to a 2015 survey conducted by Fortune. Additionally, 27 percent of those surveyed think it’s only necessary to stay at their first job for a year or less, so if you want to retain these young workers, to offer professional development opportunities and clearly define the path to career advancement.

Millennials are certainly tech savvy, but most remember life before smartphones, Google and Facebook.
